Set Backs : 

• ICQ setup
• MBR (Master Boot Record) Virus ! which is said to be the newest and unremovable (Which I think there is no such thing as `unremovable').
• HDD being formatted and programs restored be some inexperienced/amatuer user which has no idea what he is doing.

p/s: Never say impossible ! coz anything is possible, just hope for the best !
